Who we are
Perigee LLC ("Perigee," "we," "us," or "our") is a fractional Chief Data Officer advisory firm based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We also operate Holler 24/7, a service of Perigee LLC that provides AI-powered phone answering, job booking, SMS follow-up, and CRM services for home services businesses.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Perigee website, the Holler 24/7 website and service, and any other site, form, or communication channel that links to this policy. Wherever this policy refers to Perigee, it covers Holler 24/7 as well.
Information we collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact details. Name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title when you fill out a contact form, request a meeting, subscribe to content, or sign up for a service.
- Business information. Details about your company that you share during an inquiry, discovery call, onboarding, or engagement.
- Payment information. When you purchase a service, payment is handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Communications. The content of emails, messages, calls, and meeting notes exchanged with us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data. IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 8.
- Call and message data. If you call or text a number operated by Holler 24/7, we collect the phone number you call from, call metadata, recordings, transcripts, and message content as described in Sections 4 and 5.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and deliver the services you request.
- Operate the Holler 24/7 service, including answering calls, booking jobs, sending follow-up messages, and maintaining CRM records on behalf of our clients.
- Process payments, send invoices, and manage accounts.
- Send service updates and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Improve our website, services, and AI agent performance, including reviewing call transcripts for quality assurance.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Calls, recordings, and AI agents
Phone lines operated through Holler 24/7 are answered by AI voice agents acting on behalf of the business you are calling. When you call or receive a call from one of these lines:
- You are speaking with an AI agent. The agent will identify itself where required, and you can ask to be connected to a human or request a callback.
- Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Recordings and transcripts are used to book jobs, route requests, maintain accurate records for the business, and improve service quality.
- Call data is shared with the business you contacted. The home services company whose number you called receives the recording, transcript, and any details you provide so it can serve you.
If you do not wish to be recorded, you may hang up and reach the business through another channel, or state your preference on the call so a human can follow up instead.
Text messaging (SMS)
Perigee and Holler 24/7 send SMS messages only to individuals who have provided prior express consent, for example by submitting a form that discloses SMS terms, texting a number first, or verbally agreeing during a call. Message types include appointment confirmations, job booking follow-ups, service updates, and replies to your inquiries.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in Section 15.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No mobile data sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors and service providers who assist us in delivering messages and are bound to keep that information confidential. All other categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
Data we process for Holler 24/7 clients
When Holler 24/7 handles calls, messages, and CRM records for a client business, we process the personal information of that business's customers on the client's behalf and at its direction. In those situations the client business is responsible for its own customer relationships and notices, and we act as a service provider.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Holler 24/7 and you have questions about how that business handles your information, contact the business directly. We will support our clients in responding to access or deletion requests that relate to data we process for them.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: to deliver services, maintain business records, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Call recordings and transcripts are retained per our service agreements with Holler 24/7 clients and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. When information is no longer required, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

You may:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy laws, including the right to know what information we collect and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
